XLNT 255mm mitre saw 255B is a high-speed electric cutting machine designed for accurate crosscuts, mitre cuts and workshop fabrication. The current product page lists a 3900 RPM no-load speed, 220V operating voltage, 50Hz frequency, precision mitre adjustment and a rigid base for improved cutting stability.
This model is supplied without a blade. A compatible blade must be purchased separately according to the material being cut, the verified blade diameter, arbor size and machine speed rating.
XLNT 255mm Mitre Saw for Accurate Crosscuts and Angle Cutting
The XLNT 255B is intended for carpenters, furniture makers, contractors, fabricators and workshop professionals who need controlled and repeatable cutting performance. Its mitre adjustment system supports angled cuts for frames, furniture components, trims and general workshop projects.
High-Speed 3900 RPM Performance
The listed no-load speed of 3900 RPM supports fast cutting when the machine is fitted with the correct compatible blade. Cutting quality and safety depend on blade type, blade condition, tooth count, material and feed rate.
Precision Mitre Adjustment
The adjustable mitre mechanism allows the operator to set different cutting angles for frame making, furniture production, moulding, trim work and general joinery. The exact mitre range and preset angle positions should be confirmed and added to the technical specifications.
Rigid Base for Cutting Stability
The machine is listed with a rigid base designed to support stable operation during high-speed cutting. The workpiece should always be properly supported and secured before the saw is started.
Suitable Applications
- Wood crosscutting
- Mitre and angle cutting
- Furniture manufacturing
- Door and window frame work
- Moulding and trim cutting
- Carpentry projects
- Workshop fabrication
- Contractor and installation work
Blade Not Included
This mitre saw is supplied without a cutting blade. Select a blade that matches the verified blade diameter, arbor size, maximum RPM and intended material. Never fit a blade that is damaged, incorrectly sized or rated below the machine speed.
Can This Mitre Saw Cut Aluminium?
Aluminium cutting should only be attempted when the machine manufacturer confirms compatibility and the saw is fitted with a suitable non-ferrous metal cutting blade. A standard wood blade should not automatically be assumed suitable for aluminium.
Operating Recommendations
Secure the workpiece firmly, keep hands away from the cutting path and allow the motor to reach operating speed before contacting the material. Feed the blade steadily without excessive force and wait for the blade to stop fully before raising the saw head.
Maintenance Recommendations
Disconnect the machine before inspection or maintenance. Clean dust from the vents, base, fence and moving components. Inspect the power cable, blade guard, adjustment locks and mounting points regularly.
Safety Recommendations
Wear safety glasses, hearing protection and suitable respiratory protection. Never operate the machine without the blade guard functioning correctly. Use only compatible blades and follow the manufacturer’s instructions for installation, adjustment and operation.
