Order Cancellation

Physical Products

Orders can be cancelled only before the item is shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Buybox reserves the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address

  • Non-serviceable delivery location

  • Product out of stock

  • Payment verification failure

  • Fraud or security concerns

If an order is cancelled by Buybox, customers will be notified and any applicable refund will be processed as per the refund policy.

Return Policy

We are committed to customer satisfaction and stand by the quality of our products.

Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products received.

Eligibility for Return / Replacement

A return or replacement request must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Return request raised within 24 hours of delivery

  • Product is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

  • Original packaging, manuals, and accessories are intact

  • Issue is due to manufacturing defect, transit damage, or incorrect product delivery

Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Request raised after 24 hours of delivery

  • Product no longer required or ordered by mistake

  • Damage due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation

  • Unauthorized repair or modification

  • Improper or damaged packaging preventing safe return

  • Combo products returned partially

  • Spare parts purchased separately for machines bought elsewhere

Return & Replacement Process

If a return request is approved:

  • The replacement process will be initiated within 2–3 business days

  • Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 4–7 business days

Delivery timelines may be affected by:

  • Transport company delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Regional logistics issues

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

Buybox is not responsible for delays caused by external logistics partners.

Replacement Policy

Replacement or service is provided only for the same SKU.

  • No exchanges or upgrades to a different product or model

  • Replacement is subject to stock availability

Refund Policy

Buybox maintains a strict no-refund policy for most purchases.

However, refunds may be approved only in the following cases:

  • Product not received

  • Product lost in transit

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product damaged during shipping and replacement not available

  • Processing time: 7–14 business days

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders:

  • Refunds are processed only via NEFT bank transfer

  • Customers must provide accurate bank account details

Shipping Charges for Returns

Buybox offers lower prices compared to marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart by operating on reduced margins.

Therefore:

  • Customers must bear two-way shipping charges for approved returns or replacements

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

This policy helps us maintain fair pricing and strict quality control.

Warranty & Service

Products sold on Buybox are covered by brand-specific service warranties.

Most products include:

  • 6-Month Service Warranty on main components

Warranty does not cover:

  • Accessories

  • Batteries

  • Wear and tear

  • Improper installation

  • Misuse or mishandling

Manufacturing defects must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
