By using this Website, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms.
These Terms should be read together with our:
· Privacy Policy;
· Shipping & Delivery Policy;
· Return, Refund & Replacement Policy;
· Cancellation Policy;
· Warranty & Service Support Policy;
· Payment / Partial COD Terms;
· Cookie Policy; and
· any product-specific terms displayed on the relevant product page.
Where a specific product has separate manufacturer warranty terms, those additional terms may also apply.
3. ELECTRONIC TRANSACTIONS
Orders placed through buyboxtools.com are electronic transactions.
Communications relating to proposals, acceptance, order confirmation, payments, cancellations and other transaction-related matters may occur electronically through the Website, email, WhatsApp, SMS or other authorised electronic methods.
Customers agree that transaction records, order confirmations, invoices, payment confirmations and communications may be maintained electronically to the extent permitted by applicable law.
4. ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE
By placing an order, you represent that:
· you are legally competent to enter into the transaction;
· information supplied by you is accurate and complete;
· the payment method being used is authorised;
· the delivery information supplied is correct; and
· the purchase is not being made for an unlawful purpose.
Persons who are not legally competent to contract should use the Website only through an appropriately authorised parent, guardian or representative where permitted by law.
5. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS
Some Website functionality may allow customers to create or use an account.
Customers are responsible for:
· maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials;
· keeping contact information current;
· restricting unauthorised access to their account; and
· promptly informing BUYBOX if they reasonably believe their account has been compromised.
BUYBOX may suspend access where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, misuse or security concerns.
6. ACCURACY OF CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Customers must provide accurate:
· name;
· mobile number;
· email address;
· shipping address;
· billing information;
· PIN code;
· GST information where applicable; and
· payment information.
Incorrect information can cause payment, dispatch or delivery delays.
BUYBOX may contact a customer to verify an order where reasonably necessary.
7. PRODUCT INFORMATION
BUYBOX seeks to provide accurate product information.
Information displayed may include:
· product title;
· brand;
· model;
· SKU;
· photographs;
· specifications;
· included accessories;
· technical information;
· pricing;
· stock status; and
· warranty/service information.
Reasonable differences may occur because of:
· manufacturer updates;
· production revisions;
· packaging changes;
· photography;
· screen or display settings; or
· minor non-material design revisions.
Where a material product specification is important to a customer’s intended application, the customer is encouraged to contact BUYBOX before ordering.
BUYBOX will not intentionally misrepresent a material product characteristic.
8. PRODUCT COMPATIBILITY AND INTENDED USE
Customers are responsible for selecting a product appropriate for their intended application unless BUYBOX has expressly confirmed suitability for a specific purpose.
Power tools, machinery and equipment must be:
· operated according to applicable manufacturer instructions;
· used with appropriate protective equipment;
· operated within applicable rated capacity;
· used with compatible accessories; and
· handled by appropriately competent persons where required.
Damage resulting from misuse may affect service or warranty eligibility subject to applicable law and the relevant product terms.
9. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All products remain subject to availability.
A product displayed as available may become unavailable because of:
· concurrent purchases;
· inventory differences;
· damaged inventory;
· supplier availability;
· technical errors; or
· other legitimate operational circumstances.
If BUYBOX cannot fulfil a paid order, BUYBOX will contact the customer and arrange the appropriate cancellation, refund or alternative resolution.
10. PLACING AN ORDER
Submitting an order through buyboxtools.com constitutes the customer’s request to purchase the selected product subject to these Terms.
Receipt of an automated order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally dispatched or fulfilled.
BUYBOX may carry out reasonable checks relating to:
· payment;
· inventory;
· delivery serviceability;
· fraud risk;
· pricing errors;
· address accuracy; and
· order authenticity.
11. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
BUYBOX may accept or decline an order where reasonably justified.
An order may be declined or cancelled because of circumstances including:
· product unavailability;
· incorrect pricing caused by a genuine technical or listing error;
· payment failure;
· suspected fraudulent activity;
· inability to verify the transaction;
· incomplete customer information;
· non-serviceable delivery location;
· courier restrictions;
· regulatory restrictions; or
· an obvious technical error.
Where payment has already been successfully received for an order that BUYBOX subsequently cannot fulfil, an appropriate refund will be initiated.
BUYBOX will not arbitrarily discriminate between consumers of the same class in exercising these rights.
12. PRICING
Product prices are displayed on buyboxtools.com.
The price applicable to the transaction is normally the price displayed and accepted during checkout, subject to correction of genuine and obvious technical errors.
Any compulsory:
· tax;
· shipping charge;
· COD charge;
· handling charge; or
· other applicable charge
will be disclosed as applicable before the customer confirms the transaction.
Promotional discounts may be subject to separate campaign terms, eligibility criteria and validity periods.
13. PAYMENT METHODS
Available payment options may include, depending on current Website configuration:
· UPI;
· debit card;
· credit card;
· net banking;
· payment gateway options;
· prepaid payment;
· Partial COD; or
· other approved methods.
Payment availability may vary by:
· product;
· delivery PIN code;
· order value;
· fraud-risk assessment; or
· operational requirements.
Customers must use only payment methods they are authorised to use.
14. PARTIAL CASH ON DELIVERY
Where BUYBOX offers Partial Cash on Delivery (“Partial COD”), the current BUYBOX commercial arrangement requires:
· 10% of the product value to be paid in advance; and
· an additional ₹100 COD handling charge.
The remaining eligible COD amount is payable in accordance with the delivery arrangement.
Availability of Partial COD may depend on:
· product;
· order value;
· delivery PIN code;
· courier serviceability;
· previous order behaviour; and
· operational considerations.
The applicable amount will be communicated or displayed before completion of the relevant transaction.
15. PAYMENT SECURITY
BUYBOX may use third-party payment gateways and financial-service providers.
Customers should never provide BUYBOX staff with:
· UPI PIN;
· ATM PIN;
· card PIN;
· online-banking password; or
· OTP.
Payment authorisation and processing may be subject to the terms of the relevant payment provider.
16. GST INVOICE
A GST invoice is available for eligible orders on request.
Customers requesting GST billing should contact BUYBOX through:
WhatsApp / Phone: +91 8129 730 010
Email: care@buyboxcorp.com
and provide:
· BUYBOX order number;
· legal business name;
· GSTIN; and
· correct billing address.
GST information should be supplied as early as possible to facilitate proper invoicing.
17. ORDER CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER
Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact BUYBOX as soon as possible, preferably within 3 hours of placing the order.
Many BUYBOX orders may be processed and dispatched quickly.
Cancellation is possible only while the order remains under BUYBOX’s control and has not yet been dispatched.
Contacting BUYBOX within 3 hours does not create an unconditional cancellation guarantee; rather, it provides BUYBOX with the best opportunity to stop processing before dispatch.
BUYBOX will check the current order status and make every reasonable effort to assist.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the applicable delivery/return process will apply.
18. CANCELLATION BY BUYBOX
BUYBOX may cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of:
· stock unavailability;
· pricing or technical error;
· payment failure;
· fraud or suspected fraud;
· unauthorised transaction;
· incorrect or incomplete address;
· logistics impossibility;
· courier non-serviceability;
· regulatory restriction; or
· circumstances making fulfilment reasonably impossible.
Where BUYBOX cancels a successfully paid order, an applicable refund will be initiated to the appropriate payment channel.
19. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
BUYBOX ships eligible Website orders using courier, logistics and transport partners.
The normal estimated delivery period for Website orders is:
3–7 working days
depending on factors including:
· delivery PIN code;
· product size and weight;
· order-processing time;
· courier availability;
· serviceability;
· holidays; and
· operational circumstances.
Some orders may be dispatched on the same day.
However, dispatch and delivery dates are estimates unless BUYBOX has expressly confirmed a particular delivery commitment for the order.
20. DELIVERY DELAYS
BUYBOX will make reasonable efforts to facilitate timely delivery.
Delivery may nevertheless be delayed by circumstances outside BUYBOX’s direct control, including:
· courier network disruptions;
· natural events;
· extreme weather;
· transport restrictions;
· strikes;
· government restrictions;
· remote-area service limitations;
· customer unavailability;
· incorrect addresses; or
· other logistics circumstances.
Where a meaningful delay occurs, customers may contact BUYBOX for assistance.
Nothing in this section removes rights available to consumers under applicable law.
21. WEBSITE D2C TRANSIT DAMAGE
This section applies to orders placed directly through buyboxtools.com.
BUYBOX supports genuine and verified transit-damage claims relating to qualifying Website orders.
Customers should report apparent transit damage within 3 days of delivery for direct refund/replacement assistance.
Customers should provide reasonably available evidence such as:
· order number;
· delivery date;
· shipping-label photograph;
· packaging photographs;
· photographs of the damaged product; and
· continuous unboxing video where available.
BUYBOX may request additional reasonable information to validate the claim.
If a transit-damage claim is verified, the customer may choose an eligible:
replacement; or refund.
BUYBOX will cover reasonable claim-related return and resolution shipping for the approved Website claim.
22. WRONG PRODUCT SENT BY BUYBOX
If BUYBOX sends a product materially different from the product ordered, the customer should report the issue within 3 days of delivery.
Customers may be requested to provide:
· order details;
· shipping label;
· photographs of the received item; and
· continuous unboxing video where available.
After fair verification of an eligible claim, the customer may choose:
· replacement with the correct product; or
· refund.
BUYBOX will bear reasonable claim-related shipping for an approved wrong-product claim.
23. INITIAL MANUFACTURING DEFECT
If a product appears to have an initial manufacturing defect, customers should report the issue within 3 days of delivery for direct refund/replacement assistance.
Customers should provide:
· order information;
· description of the fault;
· photographs where relevant; and
· clear unboxing or first-test video where available.
BUYBOX may request:
· a remote video inspection;
· troubleshooting;
· technical confirmation; or
· other reasonable verification.
Once an eligible initial manufacturing defect is confirmed, the customer may choose an applicable:
replacement; or refund.
BUYBOX will cover reasonable both-way claim-related shipping for the approved resolution.
24. CUSTOMER CHOICE – REFUND OR REPLACEMENT
For a verified Website claim involving:
· transit damage;
· a wrong product sent by BUYBOX; or
· a confirmed initial manufacturing defect,
that is reported within the applicable initial support period, the customer may choose an eligible refund or replacement.
Where a refund is selected, processing time may depend on:
· the original payment method;
· BUYBOX processing;
· payment gateway processing; and
· banking/payment-provider timelines.
The detailed process is governed by BUYBOX’s Return, Refund & Replacement Policy.
25. UNBOXING VIDEO
BUYBOX strongly requests customers to record a clear, continuous and unedited unboxing video for Website orders.
For best evidence, the video should:
1. begin before the parcel is opened;
2. show the sealed package;
3. clearly show the shipping label;
4. show all sides of the parcel;
5. continuously record the opening process;
6. show all products and contents; and
7. show the initial inspection or first test where relevant.
An unboxing video is BUYBOX’s primary evidence for faster verification of:
· transit damage;
· missing contents;
· wrong product; and
· initial defects.
However, BUYBOX will seek to assess genuine claims fairly using all credible evidence reasonably available.
A claim will not automatically be rejected solely because one preferred form of evidence is unavailable where applicable law requires other credible evidence or consumer rights to be considered.
26. ISSUES FIRST REPORTED AFTER 3 DAYS
Customers should still contact BUYBOX if an issue is first noticed or reported after the initial 3-day support period.
Such matters will normally proceed through the applicable service-support process instead of the initial direct refund/replacement process.
For an eligible product within the applicable six-month BUYBOX service-support period:
· eligible service labour is complimentary;
· required replacement parts/components are chargeable;
· both-way service transportation is borne by the customer; and
· any separate manufacturer warranty remains applicable according to its own terms.
This section does not limit any right that cannot lawfully be limited.
27. SIX-MONTH COMPLIMENTARY SERVICE SUPPORT
Unless a specific product page expressly states a different manufacturer warranty, eligible products include:
Six months of complimentary BUYBOX service labour from the invoice date.
During this period:
· eligible inspection/service labour is complimentary;
· repair diagnosis may be performed;
· replacement spares are chargeable;
· electronic/electrical components are chargeable;
· other parts required for repair are chargeable after diagnosis; and
· applicable service transportation is customer-paid after the initial Website claim window.
This is a service-labour support benefit.
It must not be interpreted as a promise that every damaged or failed part will be replaced free of charge.
28. SERVICE-SUPPORT EXCLUSIONS
Unless a specific product page or separate manufacturer warranty expressly states otherwise, complimentary BUYBOX service labour does not itself provide free replacement coverage for:
· batteries;
· chargers;
· accessories;
· consumables;
· cutting accessories;
· grinding accessories;
· drill bits;
· blades;
· brushes;
· carbon brushes;
· seals;
· filters;
· belts;
· normal wear items; or
· other components consumed or worn during normal use.
Service may also be affected where damage results from circumstances such as:
· misuse;
· excessive load;
· unauthorised modification;
· unauthorised repair;
· improper installation;
· accidental damage;
· water/fire damage;
· use outside rated capacity; or
· abnormal wear resulting from inappropriate operation,
subject always to applicable law and any separate manufacturer warranty.
29. SEPARATE MANUFACTURER WARRANTY
Certain products may carry a manufacturer warranty that differs from BUYBOX’s standard service-support arrangement.
Where a product page expressly identifies a separate manufacturer warranty, the applicable manufacturer warranty terms may govern eligible manufacturer claims.
Any such manufacturer warranty exists in addition to statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
30. WEBSITE D2C AND OFFLINE B2B ORDERS ARE DIFFERENT
Customers should distinguish between:
Website D2C Orders
Orders placed directly through buyboxtools.com are governed by the Website policies applicable to those transactions, including the Website transit-damage process described above.
Offline B2B Orders
Dealer, reseller, business, bulk, quotation-based, WhatsApp, sales-team or other offline B2B transactions may be subject to separate agreed commercial and transport terms.
The D2C transit-damage terms should not automatically be applied to buyer-arranged offline B2B transport.
31. OFFLINE B2B TRANSPORT RESPONSIBILITY
For offline B2B transactions where the business buyer selects or approves the transport provider, the buyer’s transport arrangement is separate from BUYBOX Website D2C shipping.
When requested, BUYBOX may suggest an available transporter as a convenience.
The final selection or approval remains with the B2B buyer.
Once properly packed goods are handed over to the transporter selected or approved by the buyer:
· transportation is under the buyer-approved arrangement;
· transit risk associated with that buyer-arranged transportation is handled between the buyer and transporter;
· transporter damage claims are ordinarily pursued with that transporter; and
· BUYBOX may assist by supplying available dispatch documents or reasonable claim information.
This provision does not attempt to exclude liability for matters for which BUYBOX remains legally responsible.
32. RETURNS GENERALLY
Returns outside the specific Website claim situations described above are governed by the current Return, Refund & Replacement Policy displayed on buyboxtools.com.
Customers should review that policy before ordering.
No provision in these Terms should be interpreted as creating a general unconditional return right where the applicable policy or law does not provide one.
Equally, nothing in these Terms removes a statutory remedy available to the customer under applicable law.
33. REFUNDS
Approved refunds will generally be processed through an appropriate payment route.
Actual credit timing may vary depending on:
· payment gateway;
· bank;
· card network;
· UPI provider; or
· original payment method.
BUYBOX will provide reasonable assistance where an approved refund appears materially delayed.
34. REVERSE SHIPPING
Where BUYBOX approves a Website claim caused by:
· verified transit damage;
· a wrong product sent by BUYBOX; or
· a confirmed initial manufacturing defect
within the applicable direct-support process, BUYBOX will cover reasonable claim-related shipping connected with the approved resolution.
For service cases first raised after the initial support window, both-way service transportation is normally customer-paid unless:
· BUYBOX expressly agrees otherwise;
· a separate manufacturer warranty provides otherwise; or
· applicable law requires otherwise.
35. REFUSED AND UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Customers should ensure that somebody is reasonably available to receive an order.
Orders may become undeliverable because of:
· incorrect address;
· incomplete address;
· invalid mobile number;
· repeated customer unavailability;
· refusal to accept delivery;
· failed COD collection; or
· other customer-side delivery problems.
Where an order is returned to BUYBOX, any further shipment, refund or commercial treatment will be determined according to:
· payment status;
· logistics charges;
· product condition;
· applicable BUYBOX policy; and
· applicable consumer law.
36. FRAUDULENT OR ABUSIVE ORDERS
BUYBOX may reasonably investigate or restrict transactions associated with suspected:
· payment fraud;
· fake orders;
· repeated intentional COD refusal;
· misuse of promotional offers;
· fraudulent claims;
· altered evidence;
· impersonation;
· unauthorised payment instruments; or
· unlawful activity.
Such measures will be applied reasonably and subject to applicable law.
37. WEBSITE USE
You agree not to use buyboxtools.com to:
· violate applicable law;
· commit fraud;
· introduce malware or malicious code;
· interfere with Website security;
· gain unauthorised access to systems;
· impersonate another person;
· misuse customer information;
· scrape protected data in an unlawful manner;
· infringe intellectual-property rights;
· submit knowingly false reviews; or
· interfere with another person’s legitimate use of the Website.
BUYBOX may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, systems or legal rights.
38. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise indicated, Website materials including:
· BUYBOX branding;
· logos;
· text;
· graphics;
· layouts;
· photographs;
· product content created by BUYBOX;
· videos;
· page designs; and
· original Website materials
are owned by BUYBOX or used under appropriate permission/licence.
Website content may not be commercially copied, reproduced, republished or exploited without appropriate authorisation except where permitted by law.
Third-party brand names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
39. REVIEWS, FEEDBACK AND USER CONTENT
Customers may submit genuine reviews, feedback, photographs or other content where permitted.
By voluntarily submitting content for publication, the customer grants BUYBOX a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, display and reasonably adapt that submitted content for:
· Website publication;
· customer information;
· business promotion; and
· related legitimate BUYBOX purposes,
subject to applicable privacy law.
Customers must not submit content that is:
· knowingly false;
· defamatory;
· unlawful;
· threatening;
· infringing;
· fraudulent;
· misleading; or
· unrelated spam.
BUYBOX may moderate content where reasonably necessary but will not knowingly fabricate customer reviews or misrepresent a review’s source.
40. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The Website may contain or integrate services supplied by third parties such as:
· payment gateways;
· courier providers;
· WhatsApp;
· social media platforms;
· analytics platforms; and
· external websites.
BUYBOX does not control independent third-party websites or services.
Use of those services may also be subject to the third party’s terms and privacy practices.
41. SHOPIFY
buyboxtools.com is powered using Shopify technology.
Shopify provides technology supporting parts of the online-store infrastructure.
The sale of products displayed as sold by BUYBOX is between the relevant customer and BUYBOX, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
Shopify may separately process information as described in applicable Shopify privacy and technology terms.
42. PRIVACY
Personal data is processed according to BUYBOX’s current Privacy Policy.
Depending on the interaction, BUYBOX may process information relating to:
· customer identity;
· contact information;
· orders;
· payments;
· shipping;
· customer support;
· unboxing/claim evidence;
· service records;
· GST invoices;
· Website usage; and
· communications.
Customers should review the Privacy Policy before using the Website.
43. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
BUYBOX aims to keep buyboxtools.com accessible and functional.
However, continuous uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
Temporary interruption may occur because of:
· maintenance;
· Shopify infrastructure;
· hosting;
· software updates;
· internet outages;
· cyber-security incidents;
· third-party system issues; or
· events outside reasonable control.
BUYBOX may temporarily suspend functionality where reasonably required for maintenance or security.
44. ERRORS AND CORRECTIONS
Occasionally, information may contain genuine typographical, technical or system errors involving:
· price;
· description;
· availability;
· promotion;
· specification; or
· shipping information.
BUYBOX may correct genuine errors.
Where a material error affects an order, BUYBOX will take reasonable steps to inform the customer and provide an appropriate lawful resolution rather than intentionally relying on misleading information.
45. DISCLAIMER – SUBJECT TO CONSUMER RIGHTS
Website content and services are provided subject to applicable law.
BUYBOX does not warrant that the Website itself will always operate without interruption or technical error.
However, nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude:
· statutory product rights;
· remedies for defective goods;
· protection against unfair trade practices;
· product-liability rights;
· rights arising from misrepresentation; or
· other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Product-specific service-support limitations do not override non-waivable statutory rights.
46. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BUYBOX will not be responsible for indirect or consequential business losses that were not reasonably foreseeable from a consumer transaction.
For claims where a contractual limitation is legally permitted, BUYBOX’s aggregate contractual liability relating solely to the affected transaction may be limited to the amount actually paid to BUYBOX for the affected product or transaction.
However, this limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited, including rights and remedies available under applicable consumer-protection, product-liability or other mandatory law.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct or another matter for which limitation is prohibited by law.
47. INDEMNITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, a user may be responsible for losses reasonably resulting from that user’s:
· unlawful use of the Website;
· intentional violation of these Terms;
· fraud;
· infringement of third-party intellectual-property rights; or
· malicious interference with BUYBOX systems.
This provision will not require a consumer to indemnify BUYBOX for BUYBOX’s own breach of law, negligence or obligations that cannot lawfully be transferred.
48. FORCE MAJEURE
BUYBOX will not be treated as having breached an obligation solely because performance is prevented or materially delayed by an event reasonably outside BUYBOX’s control, such as:
· natural disaster;
· severe weather;
· war;
· riot;
· government action;
· transport shutdown;
· widespread courier disruption;
· supply-chain interruption;
· major telecommunications outage;
· major cyber incident;
· epidemic/pandemic restriction; or
· similar extraordinary circumstances.
BUYBOX will seek to resume affected performance within a reasonable period where practicable.
Consumer rights that continue to apply despite such circumstances remain unaffected.
49. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION OF WEBSITE ACCESS
BUYBOX may suspend or restrict Website access where a user:
· materially violates these Terms;
· engages in fraud;
· attacks Website systems;
· uses the Website unlawfully; or
· creates a material security risk.
Termination of Website access does not remove rights or obligations arising from an order already placed, except as permitted under applicable law.
50. GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL
Consumers may raise complaints concerning orders, customer support, policies or Website transactions.

52. JURISDICTION AND CONSUMER REMEDIES
Nothing in these Terms prevents an eligible consumer from approaching a consumer commission, statutory authority or other forum where jurisdiction is provided by applicable law.
For commercial disputes not subject to a mandatory consumer or statutory jurisdiction, the courts having lawful jurisdiction in Chennai, Tamil Nadu may exercise jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
53. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined by a competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the extent legally possible.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
54. NO WAIVER
A failure by BUYBOX to immediately enforce a contractual right does not automatically constitute a permanent waiver of that right.
Any waiver must be interpreted subject to applicable law and the circumstances in which it was given.
55. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with:
· the applicable product page;
· Privacy Policy;
· Shipping Policy;
· Return, Refund & Replacement Policy;
· Warranty & Service Support Policy;
· payment terms; and
· any specifically agreed order terms
form the applicable contractual framework for Website transactions.
Specific written terms expressly agreed for an individual B2B transaction may apply separately to that transaction.
56. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
BUYBOX may update these Terms to reflect:
· legal or regulatory changes;
· operational changes;
· payment-method changes;
· shipping changes;
· Website changes;
· service-policy changes; or
· improvements in customer communication.
The current Terms will be published on buyboxtools.com with an updated revision date.
Changes will normally apply prospectively.
Material rights and obligations relating to an order already completed or accepted will not be retrospectively altered merely by publishing new Website Terms where applicable law does not permit such alteration.

10. Ensure Product pages, Merchant Center, shipping schema, return schema and customer messages match these Terms.
11. Obtain final review from a qualified Indian legal professional before publication.

· you are legally competent to enter into the transaction;
· information supplied by you is accurate and complete;
· the payment method being used is authorised;
· maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials;
· keeping contact information current;
· name;
· mobile number;
· email address;
· shipping address;
· billing information;
· PIN code;
· product title;
· brand;
· model;
· SKU;
· photographs;
· specifications;
· included accessories;
· technical information;
· pricing;
· stock status; and
· warranty/service information.
Reasonable differences may occur because of:
· manufacturer updates;
· production revisions;
· packaging changes;
· photography;
· operated according to applicable manufacturer instructions;
· used with appropriate protective equipment;
· operated within applicable rated capacity;
· concurrent purchases;
· inventory differences;
· damaged inventory;
· supplier availability;
· payment;
· inventory;
· delivery serviceability;
· fraud risk;
· pricing errors;
· address accuracy; and
· order authenticity.
11. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
BUYBOX may accept or decline an order where reasonably justified.
An order may be declined or cancelled because of circumstances including:
· product unavailability;
· incorrect pricing caused by a genuine technical or listing error;
· payment failure;
· suspected fraudulent activity;
· inability to verify the transaction;
· incomplete customer information;
· non-serviceable delivery location;
· courier restrictions;
· tax;
· shipping charge;
· COD charge;
· UPI;
· debit card;
· credit card;
· net banking;
· payment gateway options;
· prepaid payment;
· Partial COD; or
· other approved methods.
Payment availability may vary by:
· product;
· delivery PIN code;
· order value;
· product;
· order value;
· delivery PIN code;
· courier serviceability;
· UPI PIN;
· ATM PIN;
· card PIN;
· online-banking password; or
· OTP.
Payment authorisation and processing may be subject to the terms of the relevant payment provider.
16. GST INVOICE
A GST invoice is available for eligible orders on request.
Customers requesting GST billing should contact BUYBOX through:
WhatsApp / Phone: +91 8129 730 010
Email: care@buyboxcorp.com
and provide:
· BUYBOX order number;
· legal business name;
· stock unavailability;
· pricing or technical error;
· payment failure;
· fraud or suspected fraud;
· unauthorised transaction;
· incorrect or incomplete address;
· logistics impossibility;
· courier non-serviceability;
· delivery PIN code;
· product size and weight;
· order-processing time;
· courier availability;
· serviceability;
· courier network disruptions;
· natural events;
· extreme weather;
· transport restrictions;
· strikes;
· government restrictions;
· remote-area service limitations;
· customer unavailability;
· order number;
· delivery date;
· shipping-label photograph;
· packaging photographs;
· order details;
· shipping label;
· order information;
· description of the fault;
· photographs where relevant; and
· clear unboxing or first-test video where available.
BUYBOX may request:
· a remote video inspection;
· troubleshooting;
· transit damage;
· a wrong product sent by BUYBOX; or
· a confirmed initial manufacturing defect,
that is reported within the applicable initial support period, the customer may choose an eligible refund or replacement.
Where a refund is selected, processing time may depend on:
· the original payment method;
· BUYBOX processing;
1. begin before the parcel is opened;
2. show the sealed package;
3. clearly show the shipping label;
4. show all sides of the parcel;
5. continuously record the opening process;
6. show all products and contents; and
7. show the initial inspection or first test where relevant.
An unboxing video is BUYBOX’s primary evidence for faster verification of:
· transit damage;
· missing contents;
· eligible service labour is complimentary;
· required replacement parts/components are chargeable;
· eligible inspection/service labour is complimentary;
· repair diagnosis may be performed;
· replacement spares are chargeable;
· electronic/electrical components are chargeable;
· batteries;
· chargers;
· accessories;
· consumables;
· cutting accessories;
· grinding accessories;
· drill bits;
· blades;
· brushes;
· carbon brushes;
· seals;
· filters;
· belts;
· normal wear items; or
· other components consumed or worn during normal use.
Service may also be affected where damage results from circumstances such as:
· misuse;
· excessive load;
· unauthorised modification;
· unauthorised repair;
· improper installation;
· accidental damage;
· water/fire damage;
· transportation is under the buyer-approved arrangement;
· transit risk associated with that buyer-arranged transportation is handled between the buyer and transporter;
· payment gateway;
· bank;
· card network;
· UPI provider; or
· original payment method.
BUYBOX will provide reasonable assistance where an approved refund appears materially delayed.
34. REVERSE SHIPPING
Where BUYBOX approves a Website claim caused by:
· verified transit damage;
· BUYBOX expressly agrees otherwise;
· a separate manufacturer warranty provides otherwise; or
· applicable law requires otherwise.
35. REFUSED AND UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Customers should ensure that somebody is reasonably available to receive an order.
Orders may become undeliverable because of:
· incorrect address;
· incomplete address;
· invalid mobile number;
· repeated customer unavailability;
· refusal to accept delivery;
· failed COD collection; or
· other customer-side delivery problems.
Where an order is returned to BUYBOX, any further shipment, refund or commercial treatment will be determined according to:
· payment status;
· logistics charges;
· product condition;
· applicable BUYBOX policy; and
· applicable consumer law.
36. FRAUDULENT OR ABUSIVE ORDERS
BUYBOX may reasonably investigate or restrict transactions associated with suspected:
· payment fraud;
· fake orders;
· repeated intentional COD refusal;
· misuse of promotional offers;
· fraudulent claims;
· altered evidence;
· impersonation;
· unauthorised payment instruments; or
· unlawful activity.
Such measures will be applied reasonably and subject to applicable law.
37. WEBSITE USE
You agree not to use buyboxtools.com to:
· violate applicable law;
· commit fraud;
· introduce malware or malicious code;
· interfere with Website security;
· gain unauthorised access to systems;
· impersonate another person;
· misuse customer information;
· scrape protected data in an unlawful manner;
· infringe intellectual-property rights;
· BUYBOX branding;
· logos;
· text;
· graphics;
· layouts;
· photographs;
· product content created by BUYBOX;
· videos;
· Website publication;
· customer information;
· business promotion; and
· related legitimate BUYBOX purposes,
subject to applicable privacy law.
Customers must not submit content that is:
· knowingly false;
· defamatory;
· unlawful;
· threatening;
· infringing;
· fraudulent;
· payment gateways;
· courier providers;
· WhatsApp;
· social media platforms;
· customer identity;
· contact information;
· orders;
· payments;
· shipping;
· customer support;
· unboxing/claim evidence;
· service records;
· GST invoices;
· maintenance;
· Shopify infrastructure;
· hosting;
· software updates;
· internet outages;
· cyber-security incidents;
· third-party system issues; or
· events outside reasonable control.
BUYBOX may temporarily suspend functionality where reasonably required for maintenance or security.
44. ERRORS AND CORRECTIONS
Occasionally, information may contain genuine typographical, technical or system errors involving:
· price;
· description;
· availability;
· promotion;
· statutory product rights;
· remedies for defective goods;
· protection against unfair trade practices;
· product-liability rights;
· unlawful use of the Website;
· intentional violation of these Terms;
· fraud;
· natural disaster;
· severe weather;
· war;
· riot;
· government action;
· transport shutdown;
· widespread courier disruption;
· supply-chain interruption;
· major telecommunications outage;
· major cyber incident;
· materially violates these Terms;
· engages in fraud;
· attacks Website systems;

· the applicable product page;
· Privacy Policy;
· Shipping Policy;
· Return, Refund & Replacement Policy;
· Warranty & Service Support Policy;
· payment terms; and
· any specifically agreed order terms
form the applicable contractual framework for Website transactions.
Specific written terms expressly agreed for an individual B2B transaction may apply separately to that transaction.

· legal or regulatory changes;
· operational changes;

· service-policy changes; or
· improvements in customer communication.
