XLNT 7HP Petrol Concrete Vibrator with 6m Needle
XLNT 7HP Petrol Concrete Vibrator VB70 is a heavy-duty construction machine designed for compacting freshly poured concrete at professional job sites. It combines a powerful 7HP petrol engine, a 6m vibrator needle, a 3.6L fuel tank and a listed machine weight of 20kg.
The petrol-powered design makes the VB70 suitable for outdoor and remote construction locations where a reliable electrical connection may not be available. It can be used for concrete slab compaction, RCC column work, foundations and other demanding concrete-placement applications.
7HP Petrol Engine for Professional Site Work
The XLNT VB70 is equipped with a listed 7HP engine, providing the drive required for heavy-duty concrete vibration. Petrol-powered operation allows greater mobility around large construction sites without depending on an electrical socket or extension cable.
The engine displacement, engine type, starting system, rated RPM and recommended fuel should be confirmed from the machine nameplate or manufacturer before being added to the technical specifications.
6m Concrete Vibrator Needle for Extended Reach
The included 6m flexible vibrator needle gives operators extended reach around shuttering, reinforcement and large concrete pours. The petrol engine can remain positioned on stable ground while the flexible needle is guided into freshly poured concrete.
The long shaft is particularly useful for slab, column, footing and foundation work where the operator may need to move around a wider pouring area.
Heavy-Duty Concrete Compaction
Fresh concrete may contain trapped air and empty spaces around reinforcement, aggregate and formwork. Controlled internal vibration helps the concrete settle more uniformly and fill difficult sections of the structure.
- Helps release trapped air from fresh concrete
- Reduces visible voids and honeycombing
- Improves concrete placement around reinforcement
- Supports more uniform concrete density
- Helps concrete reach corners inside shuttering
- Improves the finished surface when used correctly
3.6L Fuel-Tank Capacity
The XLNT VB70 has a listed fuel-tank capacity of 3.6 litres. Actual operating time per tank will depend on the engine load, concrete conditions, maintenance and the verified fuel-consumption rate.
A specific runtime or fuel-efficiency claim should not be published until confirmed by the manufacturer.
20kg Listed Machine Weight
The product page lists the machine weight as 20kg. Confirm whether this refers only to the petrol engine unit or includes the complete 6m needle assembly before publishing shipping or handling information.
Recommended Applications
- Concrete slab compaction
- RCC column compaction
- Foundation construction

- Footings and structural bases
- Retaining walls
- Industrial concrete flooring
- Commercial construction projects
- Infrastructure and civil work
- Remote construction sites
How to Use the XLNT VB70
- Place the petrol engine unit on stable and level ground.
- Inspect the engine, fuel system, coupling, shaft and vibrator head.
- Connect the 6m flexible shaft securely to the drive unit.
- Start the engine according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Insert the vibrator head vertically into freshly poured concrete.
- Allow vibration briefly until large air bubbles reduce.
- Withdraw the needle slowly so the concrete closes behind it.
- Repeat at suitable intervals across the concrete pour.
- Switch off the engine before inspection, refuelling or cleaning.
- Clean wet concrete from the vibrator head immediately after use.
Avoid Excessive Concrete Vibration
Do not leave the vibrator head in one position for an excessive period. Over-vibration may cause segregation, where heavy aggregate settles and excess cement paste rises. Follow the concrete-mix requirements and the site engineer's guidance.
Fuel and Operating Safety
- Operate the petrol engine only in a well-ventilated outdoor area.
- Never operate the engine inside an enclosed room.
- Switch off the engine and allow it to cool before refuelling.
- Keep fuel away from flames, sparks and hot surfaces.
- Check for fuel leakage before starting the machine.
- Do not smoke during operation or refuelling.
- Wear gloves, safety footwear, eye protection and hearing protection.
- Do not operate with a damaged shaft or loose coupling.
- Follow the manufacturer's engine-oil and maintenance requirements.
